NJ Pristine Details – Car Detailing Terms of Service
Please thoroughly review the terms and conditions agreement before
we commence work to understand our service expectations.

Acceptance to Terms:
By accepting the quotation/estimate with NJ Pristine Details, the client
agrees to all terms and conditions in this agreement and authorizes us
to do the service at an agreed-upon price.

Description of Binding Agreement:
This document serves as a binding agreement between the vehicle
owner, now identified as ‘client’, and NJ Pristine Details and its owners,
employees, and subcontractors, now identified as NJ Pristine Details, for
the execution of mobile car detailing services in exchange for payment.
The services provided are subject to these terms, and we reserve the
right to update them at any time without notice. Clients may review the
current terms via our website, email, or invoice links.

Authorization:
– The client agrees to allow NJ Pristine Details to access their property
and vehicle for service.
– The client understands that detailing duration may vary and weather
may impact scheduling.
– NJ Pristine Details has permission to assess the vehicle before or after
service as needed.

Water and Power Usage:
The client agrees to provide access to an outdoor water spigot and a
standard electrical outlet on the service date. These resources must be
active and easily accessible. If unavailable, the client must notify us in
advance to avoid cancellation or delays. Failure to do so may result in a
$50 cancellation fee.

Acknowledgment of Risks and Releases of Liability:
NJ Pristine Details technicians take care to avoid damage, but the client
assumes risk for:
– Pre-existing vehicle damage
– Aftermarket accessories
– Sensitive electronics
– Degraded materials (oxidized paint, brittle trim)
NJ Pristine Details is not responsible for these unless caused by
negligence or misconduct.

Inspection:
Pre-existing damage will be documented by photos or notes before
service. If damage is found during the process, work may pause until the
client is informed. Clients are encouraged to be present for inspection.

Detailing Limitations:
– Stains, odors, and oxidation may not be completely removed.
– Interior detailing does not guarantee total pet hair or stain removal.
– NJ Pristine Details does not restore vehicles to ‘like new’ condition but
improves overall appearance based on current state.
On The Day of Service:
– Provide access to the vehicle, water, and power.
– Remove all personal items from the vehicle.
– Ensure pets are inside.
– Allow sufficient workspace around the vehicle.
– Shut windows and deactivate alarms as needed.

Exclusions & Cancellation Policy:
A $50 cancellation fee applies if the appointment is canceled or
rescheduled within 24 hours or if the service cannot proceed due to
unpreparedness (e.g., no vehicle access, locked gates, inactive utilities).

Responsibilities & Liability:
We are not liable for water intrusion or mechanical/electrical failure from
pre-existing conditions. We do not guarantee total stain removal. Inform
us in advance if any surfaces cannot tolerate detailing products. We are
not responsible for lost or items left in vehicle during time of detail!

Media Release:
NJ Pristine Details may use photos or videos for marketing purposes.
License plates or personal identifiers will not be shown. Clients may
opt-out by informing us prior to service.

Quotes:
Quotes are valid for 30 days and cover only the described services.
Additional services requested on-site may incur added charges.

Payment:
Full payment is due upon service completion. Accepted forms: Cash,
Zelle, or check payable to ‘Omar Shaabna’.
Deposit Requirement:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking. Balance is due upon
completion. Deposits are refundable with 3 days’ notice; cancellation fee
applies otherwise.

If Any Damage Occurs:
Clients must report damage within 3 days. NJ Pristine Details has 30
days to inspect and either repair or hire repair services for damages
caused by negligence.

Privacy Policy:
Client data is kept confidential and used only for service communication
and record-keeping.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
If unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours. We will resolve the issue through
rework or partial refund, at our discretion.
